Two ways to work with a factory
In OEM (make-to-order) you bring your own design, specs and trims; the factory executes. In ODM (design-and-make) the factory's team designs within your brief, offering their own patterns, yarns and fits. Many Puyuan suppliers offer both.
How to brief each model
For OEM send technical packs and physical samples. For ODM send a clear brief — season, category, fibre, silhouette, price ceiling — and ask to see two options before sampling. Clear briefs get faster, more accurate responses.
